Bulk Cargo Logistics to build warehouse at Castellón port

Castellón, Spain (PortSEurope) April 2, 2019 – Spanish company Bulk Cargo Logistics, based in the northern port of Castellón, plans to build a new warehouse for the storage of solid bulk. Autoridad Portuaria de Castelló (APC – Port Authority of Castellon) has granted an extension of 14 years of the administrative concession, so that it will have a space in the new esplanade of the PortCastelló
service area until 2042. The company will build a warehouse on a plot of 47,000 m², for which it pays an occupancy rate of €265,922 ($298,000) a year and an activity rate of €53,184 ($59,600). Among all the Spanish port system, the one of Castellón was, with 7.4 million tonnes, the one that more grew in solid bulks during 2018, largely thanks to the tile export.
