Santander, Spain (PortSEurope) May 14, 2018 – Spanish company Rudder Logistics launched in March a project to an office at the port of Santander as part of plans to expand in Cantabria.
Rudder Logistics begins its Cantabria expansion in Santander with the sole purpose of adding value to consignees, CEO Ignacio Berruezo said. “We are aware of the large volume supported by the consignees and we want to give them support when it comes to managing the services requested by ships.”
As a result, Rudder Logistics “offers the ability to manage the needs of ships in the shortest time possible by providing the best service, providing great added value to the work we offer,” Berruezo said.
To carry out the expansion, the company has hired as project manager Gustavo Dacosta, with a long career in the maritime sector, of which the last nine have been spent in COSCO Shipping Spain.
