Livorno

The port of Livorno overlooks the Upper Tyrrhenian Sea and is located in the north-western part of Tuscany. It is mainly internal to the coast line, well protected from the winds of the south and west quadrant.

The port of Livorno, classified as a Core within the trans-European transport networks (TEN-T), is a multi-purpose port, that is, equipped with infrastructures and means that allow it to accommodate any type of ship and to handle any product category and any type of traffic (LO-LO, RO-RO rolling stock, liquid and solid bulk, new cars, cruises, ferries, forest products, machinery, etc.).
